Green Port Hull which is supported by the Green Port Growth Programme and delivered by Hull City Council and East Riding of Yorkshire Council provides residents and businesses with the latest information on renewable energy development including opportunities and support in employment and training, business support and advice, business grants, RDI, and supply chain opportunities.

Information is processed to enable us to keep business and members of the public updated on the latest developments and job opportunities and the services delivered by Green Port Hull. This processing is undertaken on the basis of Article 6(1)(e) of the GDPR for the delivery of our services as a local authority.
The terms and conditions of the Green Port Growth Programme require that documents and electronic information relating to the delivery of the Programme must be retained until December 2030. The Local Authority as Accountable Body for the Programme is required to comply with current UK law and contractual conditions for funding.
Individuals and/or businesses may request the deletion of their data that is held by the Programme; however such requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Where the individual or business has been a recipient of funding from the Programme details must be retained until the Programme. In all cases the Local Authority will comply with UK law and the requirements of funding bodies.
Businesses registered on the supplier directory must refresh their information every year, where they do not choose to opt in their directory entry will not be maintained.
