The Energy and Climate Centre at Hull College offers a wide range of renewable based qualifications. It provides first-class vocational training and employer engagement in the fields of engineering, freight and ports and logistics, and is a member of the National Skills Academy for manufacturing, process industries, power and logistics.
Wilberforce College, East Riding College and Archbishop Sentamu Academy are among a number of other education providers who are specialising in engineering disciplines.

- Hull Training – one of the largest and most successful providers in the Humber for over 30 years; this organisation has an engineering training centre covering all areas of engineering; including mechanical, maintenance, fabrication and process engineering.
