Enterprise Zones

These vary from sites for major manufacturing facilities; sites for business parks and Operations and Maintenance developments servicing the renewable energy cluster; design and build opportunities and storage land.

Alexandra Dock – 139 acre (56 ha) confirmed location for Siemens Offshore Wind Manufacturing and Export Facility – EZ status.

Queen Elizabeth Dock North – 75 acre (29 ha) port development land - ideal location for Offshore Equipment Manufacturer or Biomass power station – Harbour Revision Order submitted for 980 ft deep water river jetty - EZ status.

Queen Elizabeth Dock South – 49 acre (20 ha) port development land - ideal location for Offshore Equipment Manufacturer or Biomass power station – Harbour Revision Order submitted for 980 ft deep water river jetty - EZ status.

Keystore – 1.66 acre (0.67 ha) providing up to 300,000 sq ft of industrial units and is superbly located adjacent to the Green Port Hull site – EZ status.

Kingston Parklands – 10 acre (4.03 ha) industrial development site (cleared site) with the potential to accommodate up to 190,000 sq ft of buildings – EZ status.

Burma Drive – 9.8 acre (3.98 ha) industrial development site offers a level site with recently constructed access road built to an adopted standard – potential rail access to port – EZ status.

Marfleet Environmental Technology Park – A now complete and fully occupied 9.5 acre (3.8 ha) site.

Elba Street – 4.8 acre (1.94 ha) industrial development site which benefits from planning permission for the construction of a 100,000 sq ft production facility – EZ status.

Valetta Street – 8 acre (3.2 ha) industrial development site – grassed, level and unsurfaced – EZ status.

Wyke Works - 4.2 acre (1.7 ha) site suitable for development to provide high-quality industrial manufacturing and warehouse space from 28,000 sq ft (2,601 sq m) to 80,000 sq ft (7,432 sq m).

Rix & Kingston International Business Park – 20 acre (8.1 ha) manufacturing and distribution park with excellent access to the port and motorway network. Development land available and over 550,000 sq ft of buildings – EZ status.

Staithes Road - 4.9 acre (2.0 ha) site comprising of a detached industrial unit suitable for warehousing or manufacturing.

Paull Stage 1 – 197.7 acre (80 ha) industrial development land with river frontage. Ideal location for Offshore Wind Equipment Manufacturer – EZ status.

Paull Stage 2 – 395.3 acre (160 ha) industrial development land. Ideal location for Offshore Wind Equipment Manufacturer – EZ status. 

Humber Enterprise Park, Brough – 86 acres (35 ha) of advanced manufacturing space ready for occupation - EZ status.

Melton Business Park – 200 acres (80.9 ha) of prime development land has been opened up adjacent to the A63 following the completion of a £22.5m Highways Agency funded Grade Separated Junction.

Capitol Park - 310 acre (125.5 ha) greenfield intermodal site adjacent to Junction 36 of the M62, with links to the rail network, the inland waterways and the Port of Goole. 3.5m sq ft available with ability to accommodate single unit up to 1.2m sq ft.

Riverside Quay, Albert Dock - 62 acre (25.1 ha) site offering the potential to create an offshore wind terminal with a 400m long deepwater riverside berth with no vessel beam restrictions.
